What is the view from the guestroom?

With the exception of a few rooms facing the courtyard, each room has a view of the east, west, north, south, and west.

Facing east: toward Haneda Airport and Boso Peninsula
Facing north: toward Tokyo.
Facing south: toward Yokohama and Minatomirai
Facing west: toward Mt. Fuji

Are smoking rooms available?

Smoking is only permitted in rooms on the 15th floor. (33 rooms in total)

Where can I store my valuables?

We store your valuables in safety deposit boxes located at the front desk on the first floor.
This does not apply to guests in certain rooms such as Executive Double Rooms.

Is Wifi available in the room?

Free WiFi6 (wireless LAN) Internet access service is available in all guest rooms.
The security key (password) is displayed in the hotel information on the guest room TV.
Internet connection via conventional wired LAN is also available.

What are the rates for extra beds and cribs?

Extra beds are available for ¥4,000 per bed (including service charge and tax). Baby guards can be borrowed free of charge. Please inquire at the time of reservation, as the number of them is limited. Additionally, rooms that can accommodate them are limited.

What time is check-in/check-out?

Check-in time is 14:00. Check-out time is 11:00. However, if your plan includes the benefit of late check-out service, the time will be specified.

Where can I park my car?

Hotel guests can use the hotel’s affiliated parking lots at a discounted rate, or the parking fees are covered depending on your plan.

Can I send my luggage to you before my stay?

If you wish to send parcels or luggage, please address them to the following:

Is there a cell phone charger rental service?

All guest rooms are equipped with a multi-charger.

Do you have room service？

Room service menu is in each room. Available from 5:30pm to 8:30pm.

Is there a convenience store in the hotel?

There is no convenience store in the hotel, but there are several nearby.
Seven-Eleven Kawasaki Ekimae Minami Store 100m from the hotel
Supermarket Life Kawasaki Luflon 50m from the hotel.

Can I check in at a late hour?

Late check-ins are accepted, but after 23:00, please contact the front desk.
Also, please note that if you come by car, there is a time limit for entering the parking as it is an affiliated parking lot. Please make an inquiry in advance.

How can I check room availability and make reservations?

Can I bring my pet to stay with me?

Pets are not allowed in Kawasaki Nikko Hotel.

What is your cancellation policy?

20% on the day before, 80% on the day of arrival, 100% for no-shows. Policy may vary depending on the plan.

Do you have a microwave oven?

There is no microwave oven in the guest rooms, but one is available on the first floor.

Do you have connecting rooms (with an internal door between rooms)?

We do not have any connecting roms available.

Are there shuttle buses to Haneda Airport or Narita Airport?

We are afraind of that there are not scuh a service.Access

Is smoking prohibited in the restaurants and bars?

Yes, please refrain from somoking in all restaurants. there is a smoking room on eache floor.

Is it necessary to make a reservation for the restaurant and bar?

There is no microwave oven in the guest rooms, but one is available on the first floor.

Can we sing karaoke in the Restaurant & Bar ?

Yes, Karaoke room, “Apollo” is on te 7th floor.

What kind of service do you offer for anniversaries, etc.?

A complimentary message plate with the purchase of a cake can be arranged with advanced notice.

Is it wheelchrie accessible?

Yes, all restauruants are wheelchair accessble.

What time is the bar open?

Bar ”Night Flight” on the 7th floor is open between 5pm and 10:30pm. Closed on Sundays and holidays.

What time is breakfast?

Breakfast buffet at Natura restaurant on the 10th floor is open between 7 and 10am. 9:30 is athe last order.

Is there any shop to buy souvenirs such as cakes and sweets in the hotel?

The pastry store on the first floor offers a selection of hote-made baked goods and cakes.
Open 10:00～20:00 The 3rd Tuesday of the month is closed.

How can I get to the airport?

For Haneda Airport it is convenient to take the Keihin Kyuko Line.
For Narita Airport, you can take the JR Tokaido Line to Ueno Station, and then transfer to the Skyliner at Keisei Ueno Station.

Is there a coin laundromat?

No, but there is one nearby. Please ask at the front desk for details.

How do I get to the nearest station from Kawasaki Nikko Hotel?

The nearest stations are JR Kawasaki Station (a 1-minute walk) and Keikyu Kawasaki Station (a 5-minute walk). Both of these stations can be reached by walking an above-ground or underground route that allows you to reach the station without getting wet in the rain. Please see the “Access from Kawasaki Station” page for more information.

Can I exchange foreign currency?

An automatic foreign currency exchange machine is located in the front lobby on the first floor, available 24 hours a day for exchange from 12 different currencies into Japanese yen.
